Adam Mitchell

Owner and Head Guide

Adam is the owner of Rock-About and has been guiding since January of 2009. He is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide and an AMGA SPI Provider. He prides himself on leading the best guides in Texas. 

He grew up on a ranch in Northeast Texas where he was able to learn the value of hard work. Adam moved to Austin in 2000 to attend St. Edward’s University and study Political Communication and Rhetoric.

He found climbing just after college and fell in love with the movement and being in nature. He really loves introducing people to vertical terrain and teaching them how to move on rock but he's also entertaining at the same time.
