All Rock-About clients must fill out the following release form and info form before climbing:
Climbing Checklists

These are suggested items that you will need for climbing at Enchanted Rock. Keep in mind this isn’t exhaustive.
–At least two liters of water, not two small bottles. Two large bottles
-Sack lunch and snacks
-Closed-toe shoes (hiking shoes, tennis shoes, or approach shoes)
-Sunscreen
-Bug spray
-Comfortable clothing depending on the weather
-A great attitude and a smileAnd remember, if you enjoy your ride it’s ok to tip your guide! (we will be very grateful)

-If you wear sandals please sick with Chacos, Tevas, or Keens. No flips

Non-Profits
All non-profits climbing at Enchanted Rock, like Scout groups and schools, must please fill out a letter like the example below before climbing with us.
SAMPLE LETTER
Letter must come from Not-for-Profit Organization on official letterhead.
To whom it may concern,
Please use this correspondence to fulfill the requirement your Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has for providing proof of Non-Profit status. Our organization is a not-for-profit organization and our Federal Tax Id number is __-_______. Our group/troop name is ________. Please contact me if you have any further questions regarding this matter. We are climbing/climbed with Rock-About on ______(date please).
